Equity Finder’s is owned and managed in South Australia by its Directors Chris and Debbie Williams.

Equity Finder aims to gain a balance of cash flow and long-term growth through property. This is achieved mainly through property renovation and development although the directors are quite diverse in their investment strategy utilising shares and business ventures.

Debbie Williams from Equity Finder developed the Property Wizard in 2003 to help property owners understand the process of Valuation thus enabling them to often gain the best possible valuations on their properties.

Our property division very actively buys, sells and develops property, offers joint venture partnerships to a few keen investors, uses Rent-to-Buy strategies to help budding property owners into their own homes and even Reno Courses to those wanting to have a close hand in a Reno prior to commencing their own.

Equity Finder aims to do a modest 7-property deals per year. We say modest as there are many who do more, “We did this so we would have a lifestyle that we could enjoy, and with around 7 per year we can achieve an excellent balance,” says Chris.
